Abela received Copie d’Usage of letters of credence from the
Ambassadors-Designate of the State of Kuwait Faisal Ghazi Almutairi; the
Kingdom of Bahrain Ebrahim Mahmood Ahmed Abdulla; and of the Republic of
Finland Pia Rantala-Engberg. All ambassadors-designate will be presenting their
credentials as new ambassadors to the President of Malta.
